We are a bespoke advisory collective specialising in children and youth issues within international development. Our diverse and deep skills provide comprehensive solutions for CSOs, governments, multilaterals, and social impact businesses, whilst offering bespoke and discrete advisory sessions for political and sector leaders. But what makes us unique? We integrate youth and survivor experience and expertise into our consultancy projects.

"Nothing about us without us": a phrase that echoes in many global corridors - from Whitehall to the UN. But for big institutions and small charities alike, enacting this principle is often said, not done. Those with lived experience are either overlooked or unpaid for their expertise. We wanted to change all that.
